因應菸害防制法修正通過，業經行政院於 112 年 3 月 22 日公布施行，其修正重點為擴大禁菸之室內外公共場所（包括大專院校、幼兒園）、
提高禁菸年齡至 20 歲、全面禁止電子煙等；為保護青年學子之體能與健康，不受菸品危害與誤觸法令
