一、依據屏東縣政府 114 年 2 月 6 日屏府教管字第 11400277753 號函辦理。
二、申請期間:至 114 年 3 月 31 日止。
三、申請對象:設籍屏東縣六個月以上，現為國內公私立大專校院及屏東縣國高中（職）學校在學之清寒學生，有下列情形之一，並有書面證明。但不包含夜間部、進修部、推廣進修班、建教班及在職專班、研究所碩博士三年級以上學生。
四、申請方式:由學校初審合格後，紙本資料請郵寄至屏東縣勝利國小(900 屏東縣屏東市勝利里 28 鄰蘭州街 2 號），信封上請註明「OO 學校申請 113-2 清寒及優秀獎學金」。
