一、依據海生館 109 年 1 月 22 日海圖字第 1090000381 號函辦理。
二、海生館為推廣海洋教育，引領大眾探索海洋及關注海洋科研進展，特編輯出版適合學子、教師及大眾閱讀的海洋科普雜誌《奧秘海洋》雙月刊，目前有紙本(限量發行)及電子版等形式。
三、為配合 108 課綱推廣海洋閱讀與學習，提供《奧秘海洋》雙月刊電子版(如附件)，供國內各級學校師生閱讀收藏，本期主題為「海洋素養怎麼學？」，請本校教師善加運用，推動海洋閱讀文化。
