提醒各位同仁，不分平日、假日如赴大陸、港澳(包含過境或轉乘)，行前應至差勤系統完成登錄，且不論公務或非公務事由，均應至陸委會「國人赴陸港澳動態登錄系統」進行登錄，夾帶登錄資料於差勤系統當附檔，並於出境日三日前向本室索取通報表填報。
