一、依據內政部 115 年 1 月 8 日台內警字第 1150876101 號函辦理。
二、為強化防空疏散避難設施之整備與運作效能，協助各機關（單位）及民眾於極端狀況下有效應變，內政部研擬旨揭指引，提供分區規劃、物資儲備及安全管理等建議事項，作為規劃與整備參考。
三、請轉知所屬及相關單位，適時參採運用，並加強對民眾之相關宣導，以提升全民防護應變能力
